Prime location, superb stay!
advantageous location convenient parking hot water
I found the location quite advantageous, close to both the town center and the North Pier. It was easy to find coming from the motorway. I appreciated the off-street parking available in front, a MUST if you have a car. There was a hot water urn and microwave available downstairs.

Though dining wasn't extensive, nearby cafes, bars, and pubs offered plenty. The availability of a microwave downstairs supported simple, in-room meal PREPARATION.

i stayed in a family room for two nights. the beds felt really comfortable. free netflix was a convenient perk. the location was near shopping centres.

surprisingly renovated rooms!
clean room fresh scent excellent communication
the room was amazingly clean with a fresh scent. netflix was available on the tv, i thought this was a fantastic added bonus. i found the location very convenient for getting around. the staff communicated very well, i received all needed information.
my room was quite warm, and the two small windows were positioned near the ceiling. i needed assistance to reach and open them, a minor inconvenience .

I found the self check-in system efficient. It made arrival smooth. the microwave and hot drink facilities were useful for quick refreshments. clean rooms provided a comfortable environment. i liked the fresh smell present throughout the hotel. It was cute.
the absence of on-site staff required phone calls for assistance, and i did consider this inconvenient.

super super clean and cozy stay
cosy room clean room decent size tv comfortable bed
i found the room very cosy and clean, also the tv was a decent size, netflix was available. the staff left me alone, this allowed me to do my own thing. the hotel had its own coffee and living room to chill out in with quality hot drinks. the bed was very comfy. i was able to stay until 11 in the morning.
i noticed only a couple parking spaces, and i believe i had to pay for extra parking.

the double room featured tidy furniture and modern decor, it provided sufficient space. the television had streaming services accessible. the room also had blackout curtains, i found that this ensured a dark and restful night.

major attractions were easily accessible from the hotel and i could easily walk to restaurants and shops. the hotel is in a central area near public transportation! this made getting around easy.

central location family room tired outside stained sheets
The location was so central ! I walked to the tower easily. The family room had two singles and a double, it really suited my family. It was perfect!
The outside looked so tired and had litter scattered around , it was quite unappealing. My bedroom was another level though. The sheets had stains with hair in the beds , there was dust along the top of a socket and the headboards , and generally, the room was filthy.
